what-we-do

What We Do

Like many of our startup clients, Accel Visa Attorneys was also a startup law firm. We did not inherit a practice or have the benefit of taking over an existing law practice. Without the luxury of a safety net, we’ve evolved our values and mission to ensure our clients feel supported throughout their US immigration journey. This formula for success has helped our firm to scale significantly.

Today, we help expand talent pipelines for tech entrepreneurs, CEOs, and corporate HR departments, making us the referral partners for startup attorneys and tech-recruiting agents. More importantly, we make this process as seamless as possible, by utilizing state-of-the-art technology with personalized attention in just the right combination.

Innovation

Outside-the-box strategy landed us our very first client. After multiple lawyers telling them they did not qualify for an EB-1 Extraordinary Ability visa, our very first client came to us for a second opinion on their EB-1 credentials. We helped them get their EB-1 petition approved shortly afterwards. We offer innovative problem-solving strategies to all clients, big or small.
