Practice Areas
By expanding talent pipelines for tech entrepreneurs, CEOs, and corporate HR departments, we have also become a go-to referral partner for startup attorneys and tech-recruiters. More importantly, we make this process as seamless as possible, by utilizing state-of-the-art technology with personalized attention in just the right combination.
Employers
We provide tailored services for small to medium-sized companies. Hiring your first H-1B worker? Need help developing a US immigration policy? Not sure what E-Verify is and why your employee candidates are asking about it? Have questions about how an M&A may impact employees? Need to understand how a layoff may affect your PERM program? We’re here to assist with the process and help your company stay compliant with the immigration and labor rules.
Entrepreneurs
Having scaled our team from scratch, we understand how to help Founders build their teams and scale their products. Human resource is often the cornerstone of growth and we provide business-specific answers depending on the Founder’s growth stage (post-seed, angel, or Series funding). For Founders of closely-held companies, we can illuminate the various visa options to ensure long-term stability in the US.
Individuals
US immigration rules are rife with pitfalls. Individuals wanting to explore faster greencard options often consult with us on EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher or National Interest Waiver petitions. Those who have married US citizens often rely on our team for a smooth application process. Our high success rates are a testament to our expertise.
About Accel Visa
There are no cookie cutter solutions at Accel Visa. We customize strategies for each individual matter and for each company uniquely. We look for patterns to make compelling arguments. We creatively think outside of the box based on detailed assessments. We spot what many others often miss in legal and factual analyses.
While we believe state-of-the-art technology should play a critical role in the case prep process, we also believe law firms should not hide behind technology. We believe the US immigration process should still reserve room for traditional lines of communication when needed.
