Ms. Cun is the Founder of Accel Visa Attorneys, PC. She immigrated to the U.S. as a war refugee when she was a young child and eventually became a naturalized U.S. citizen preparing the documents herself.

Ms. Cun has been working with immigrants to accelerate their immigrant future since 2001. She attended the University of California, at Los Angeles (UCLA) where she received her bachelor’s degree in History. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and served as an Editor to the prestigious Hastings Law Journal. Since 2001, Ms. Cun has previously worked at notable immigration law firms on the West Coast. She has prepared hundreds of O-1 Extraordinary Ability Alien, EB-1A Extraordinary Ability Alien, EB-1B Outstanding Researcher, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions.

Ms. Cun is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Northern California Chapter. She regularly volunteers with AILA National and local non-profits in the Bay Area and enjoys gardening and tending to her flock of backyard chickens.


Mr. Kevin C. Guanaga is a native New Yorker raised in South Florida. He provides customized immigration solutions for clients throughout the U.S. and around the world, including to multi-national companies, individual business owners, investors, executives, artists, athletes, and renowned executives in matters relating to temporary visas, permanent residence, naturalization, and removal proceedings defense. Throughout his 20 year career, he has represented clients from all over the globe with a particular concentration on Latin America.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of the Bar for the Southern District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Outside of his profession, Kevin is the proud father of a daughter and a son. In his free time, Kevin enjoys exercising, cooking, creative writing, and learning to play the guitar with his son.

Ms. Chow possesses over 15 years of experience in immigration law managing all aspects of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including PERM, immigrant visa petitions (including first preference petitions in the outstanding researcher, multinational manager and extraordinary ability categories) and adjustment of status applications. Ms. Chow advises clients of all sizes, with a primary focus on the high tech, engineering and financial industries.

Prior to joining Accel Visa Attorneys Ms. Chow worked at boutique immigration firms and a large global immigration firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Lisa graduated from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining Accel Visa, Lisa coordinated and directed local and national events for entrepreneurs in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical and IT/software industries as well as developed and managed several youth educational programs. She is also Co-CEO of her family including teenagers, rescue dogs and a flock of backyard chickens.

Alisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Writing from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. Previously she worked with a non-profit organization writing grants for family resource centers in Holyoke Massachusetts raising more than $50,000 in funding. Alisha is an avid reader and New England sports fan.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. Before working at Accel Visa, he was an account director for a leading digital marketing firm where he oversaw client services on several fortune 500 accounts. Mark is an aviation enthusiast and holds a pilot’s license.

Mr. McLean is a recent graduate from UC Hastings College of the Law, earning his Juris Doctor in May 2019 and recently passing the California Bar exam. He first realized his interest in immigration law when he was selected to represent a refugee facing removal proceedings before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as a pro-bono Student Advocate, one of only two Hastings students in his graduating class chosen to do so. When he’s not in the office he enjoys playing poker and exploring the Bay Area on his motorcycle.

Rose brings her passion for immigration law to the firm and is committed to helping other immigrants achieve their immigration goals. A Bay Area resident since 2000, Rose is a licensed attorney in her home country, Kenya, representing financial institutions and premier telecommunications companies. She has worked as a litigator in the US before joining Accel Visa Attorneys. Rose has volunteered at several immigration law workshops, including those sponsored by the San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative, where she counseled and prepared applications for naturalization for low-income immigrants.

Rose graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Honors degree from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate University, School of Law, San Francisco, California. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is licensed to practice law in Kenya and California.
