About Accel Visa

There are no cookie cutter solutions at Accel Visa. We customize strategies for each individual matter and for each company uniquely. We look for patterns to make compelling arguments. We creatively think outside of the box based on detailed assessments. We spot what many others often miss in legal and factual analyses.

While we believe state-of-the-art technology should play a critical role in the case prep process, we also believe law firms should not hide behind technology. We believe the US immigration process should still reserve room for traditional lines of communication when needed.

    Client Testimonials

    On professionalism...

Accel Visa Attorneys truly delivers a superior experience. I came to the US in 2014 and have since interacted with many immigration attorneys. My experience with those firms always left me wanting more, with more questions. From the start, Accel Visa was unique in the best way possible. Accel Visa offered me a realistic assessment for my self-sponsored EB-1A petition. Their professionalism was demonstrated by regular and consistent case progress and reporting. I never felt like I was in the dark about my immigration process. I always had access to an attorney to answer any of my questions. When my EB-1A petition was approved, they also moved very quickly to prepare and file my I-485 application in record time. This was especially important because priority dates were going to retrogress. I know of NO other immigration attorneys who would have been so decisive and swift in their desire to help me get to this stage of my immigration journey in the US. I'm so grateful for their assistance and have no hesitation in recommending them.

    On thinking outside-the-box expertise …

As many founders may relate, creating a company from scratch requires a balance of risk taking but strategic actions.  The Accel Visa team carefully balanced that approach when guiding me through the O-1A and EB-1A processes. They harnessed their many years of expertise to ensure that I presented strong and incontrovertible evidence supported by primary evidence and corroborated by secondary sources.  They advised me on timing and reassured me on strengths and weaknesses.  These are traits of a highly skilled team who is well disciplined, but strategic when needed. My only conclusion is that they are the real-deal when it comes to expert immigration lawyers versed in O-1 and EB-1 petitions. Now that my US company is scaling, I'm so excited that Accel Visa is alongside us, helping my company continue to navigate US immigration!

    On Unparalleled Communication Standards ….

From my first consultation with Accel Visa, I knew things would be different if nothing other than the team could pronounce my name correctly!  The day my EB-1A petition was approved was a life-changing miracle.  I had been stuck in the EB-2 line as an Indian-born national for a long time and my current employer’s immigration counsel was emphatic about NOT proceeding with an EB-1A for me.  While I had no doubt Accel Visa could overcome this hurdle and help me achieve an EB-1A approval, I was profoundly amazed at the Accel Visa team’s diligence.  Their writing team and attorneys are highly talented, impressive with their research capabilities, but most importantly responsive to my many queries.  Even after my EB-1 petition was approved, the team was able to timely and quickly prepare my I-485 application in roughly two weeks without any hiccups.  (I had never experienced such quick turnaround from any other immigration team I had ever worked with before I came to Accel Visa!)  Throughout this process, I had direct access to the team, the attorneys, and regular communication and updates, without necessarily prompting from me.  Their responsiveness is world-class and it’s clear to me the Accel Visa team prides itself on efficiency and professionalism.

    On Second-Opinions ….

I absolutely had no idea that I was eligible for EB-1 until my friend referred me to Accel Visa.  I had spoken to multiple lawyers before and none of them thought that I remotely had any chance to get my green card under EB-1.  Unlike all the traditional lawyers, Accel Visa made it happen, which I truly appreciate.  I would highly recommend Accel Visa for your EB-1 petition.
